I think Google, Microsoft, RapidShare, FOTOLOG, YOUKU, TAOBAO, MEGAUPLOAD and Alerton might have have something to say on these...

As a brief scan over i would say reg fee for all + a few law suits. I like atravelbook.com... but the 'a' kills it. I suggest dumping the ones with trademarks and developing the others.

Tons of trademark issues. I don't think you will be able to sell those names. Research more before investing so heavily.

You could take all the money in reg fee you invested on those names and buy one good one on the aftermarket. Like seven says, you should learn more about domaining before spending more money.

I think you might have some trademark issues here. Espically with a big one like google and msn messenger. If there werent possible trademark issues i would say they are good domains, but not sure.

Caution

IMO,

I think you like troubles. I sincerely advice you to drop or delete these domains with TM issues. Please do not invite troubles. These worth no money. You can not sell them.

You can make little revenue over parking the domains. that too if you make more that will also invite trouble.

Read the forum carefully learn the art of domaining. You have thousands of money pooling domains available. Try purchasing them and make money.

If you wish to continue.........

All the best.

I disagree .Based on the sheer number of Crap names ,I suggest giving up domaining totally. Try scrapbooking or Quilting.

scrapbooking expert vs barebiglawyer

ok....It seems I lost a lot of money here!!!! :-/
so....do you think i can built a no-profit forum about google and their services seo and so on?
however in my opinion the registrations related to milan expo are not so clear trademark infringement....it is an event and the official site is milanoexpo-2015.com, in europe you need to always to trademark...am i right?

In milanexpohotel.com and expomilanhotel I don't see any infringement at all.
I'm new in this field and obviusly i'm not a lawyer....but scrapbooking is too boring.

Barefoottech, you seem an expert so ....what do you think about these ones?

Most of those second list are better than the first list ones.
$10-$20 each for the .com's
$7-$20 each for .net's
$10 for the .info's (maybe more for kindof.info)
Big tip with name selection ,don't just grab any 2 or 3 keywords and join them together.

Another tip , have focus ,at least with the first list you were focused on expo at Milan.

Have related or similiar names, but don't just register every variation of typographical error. Leave the "typo" registrations for those that specialize in them.

Hi there Yanez, welcome to NamePros.
I know your asking for appraisals and not advice but I agree with everyone else who has replied.

Trademark infringements = headaches
Advice well taken = success

It's not a huge deal that you wasted some money regging some of those domains. EVERYONE in this forum has done so in some way, shape or form, so just shake it off.
What I would do is chalk it up to "learning".

Anyways, it's easy to see you've got some spare cash to reg tons of domains really quickly, so I'd personally suggest you lurk around this forum, take advantage of the DOMAIN NEWBIES forum thread and really listen to the advice you get instead of holding so much weight with the appraisal opinions.

IMHO there are some really intelligent domainers on NamePros and you should take advantage of their insight.

Good luck.

I second that. You are spending a lot of money without much knowledge.

You don't have to do that. Stop regisitering names and start learning. You will thank yourself later. The last thing you want is 100s of domain names you can't really sell at reg fee. The renewal fee for 200 names would be something like $1,400. With $1,400 you can buy one or two very nice names once you learn where to look. Then instead of facing another $1,400 in renewal fees the next year, you are only facing $14 and you can take the remainder and buy a couple more really nice names.

yanez relax, say you paid $7 for reg fee, most you could be out is about is a few hundred, thats like a bad day in the stock market. Don't give up, best bet at this point going forward purchase LLLL.com's you can find many under $50. Also two word brandable domain names ie) pchost.com or two word geo domains texaslawyers.com, keep it simple, stick to what you think small businesses in america will be looking for a few years for now, to create an online presence. Seriously go to expired auctions, and pick up the clearance domains, I have seen domains this week alone like quickquery.com, and shanni.com sell for $5. So you know what get rid of the TM ones, and take $200, it can get you 20 good domain names.
