Too risky to hold. They may directly took it to court than UDRP. In one instance, the cybersquatter offered to transfer the domain to Google on return of dropping the suit. But the Google lawyer presented it as proof of bad faith in court. They even made the guy pay their legal fee.

It is worth $0 considering it is a TM. It would be worth $0 without the TM.

Really ? Read the ICANN Domain Rules. In the first place the registrar is reponsible for Trademark protection and in this word conctellation a trademark issue is not given because "google" is not stand alone + tld and translate is not protected. I agree that they can start with 25 lawyers a case just to demonstrate "who is the boss" but in praxis there is no issue.
