IMO, you would be in for a hefty law suit.

Google is well-known, almost notorious now, for pursuing/attacking anyone who uses their trademarked name. You can give it a shot... usually they'll start by sending a Cease & Desist order, which gives you a chance to either transfer the name over to them, or just drop anything you were doing development-wise.
If taking a chance it won't be found out, or fighting with 'the man' is your idea of fun, you can keep up with names like this; my domaining pard has a whole roster of xbox names (I don't touch them - just goes to show you it's an individual thing, you have to decide on your OWN ethics for these 'bad faith' registrations - bad faith refers to trying to profit off someone else's property)... but if you just want to get on with domaining and having fun and making a living, let go of trademarked names like they're grenades with the pins pulled.
I know they're suductive; I just invented xboxBlood.com a week back, and it's been knocking hard in my head, the only TM'd name I've ever considered reg'ing because it's just so damn cool. Hopefully someone will see it here, go nuts for it and reg it, and save me from my own temptation :)
In fact, I'm going to go now and add it to my 'available domains' list (see signature), ha.

The domain is worthless if it wasn't for google.

The word google adds a lot of value to it, but adds a lot of trouble as well.

Definately TM issues, I agree bannen's post - if you wanna have a bit of fun and take a risk, then go for it - but selling wise - i don't think you'll get much for it considering the TM issues.

Don't worry about the Xbox TM issue. MS doesn't really care at all about those kind of names, in fact there's a big list of fansites with xbox in the domain on their own website.

Well, you've weakened me further, Srb, thank you all to hell.
My domaining pard's xboxchicks.com DOES get a decent amount of interest, though not an offer she's happy with yet... xboxblood.com just may be my first tm reg. But I'll sleep on it another week or three, both ethics-wise and legal-wise. It'll probably be long gone by then.
