thats not fair yaar...simple isnt.....how can people assure u that they will optimise ur site to get top 5 rating..its a gradual and continuous process as far as i know...but oh well...go ahead and spend ur 1000$ for the simple thing that u can do!

No way ,unless spend Your phone Number With A Dollar sign in front.
You have to realise those other 17Million are trying also.
And everyone on the First two pages have Probably been listed for a lot longer
and are trying harder to stay on top
First Thing you can do is Flesh out the Front page of your site.
Put some relevant content on it. Just don't KeyWord Flood

but unlike others they started to learn SEO .... studied , studied, and studied...

but i believe that is no guarantee to achieve the top-5 for "File hosting"
and it will cost more than 1000 $ (a lot of time )

my guess from some of the top seo companies who of course will gurantee they cannot gurantee rankings.

probally 15K deposit, 2-10k a month and wait of min 8 months but probally over a year. Go after less competitive keywords, 50-100 low traffic keywords will make up for 1 high traffic one and it will be easyer/or cheaper to get SEO'ed
