Google PR update is over ?

PR update is over ? I haven't seen any changed in PR of my sites. Only backlinks updated. Guys have you gotten PR updated ?

I went from 5 backlinks to 545, but am still PR3, did toolbar pagerank update at all this time? I was expecting PR5 as I have quite a few pr5 links and some pr6.

Is Google not updating toolbar pr anymore?

My PR went crazy. Some did updated and some didn't :D

But anyway there is nothing much this time I think just some of the sites have been updated and others are still right there where they were in past.

Hmm, just because there is a PR update doesn't mean the PR of every site should increase or decrease.

As whitebark said, the page rank update didn't happen yet My gues is that it will probably happen on the 30th of august or some time sooner

hmm, but it did update mine. I got one site which was pagerank 4 changed to Pagerank 6
then one PR 5 to 6
and two to PR 5 , two remained unchanged.

I was constantly monitoring it through digpagerank and other available checkers including toolbar. one of mysite itauro.com which was PR 4 was showing yellow PR 6 around 5`th - 13`th in digpagerank (yellow means unverified) then it changed to green after that. Now it shows PR 6 in toolbar too.

I don't see any changes at all, not even on my newer sites, they are all still PR0.

I had heard through gossip that Google was tweaking their algo again. I wonder if they hit a pause button ever so often. But I have 1 site updated. 2 that should have gotten updated. And the rest should have had little or no change.

I dont think the PR update is over or even has started...

I did see my Serp in google go from 215 to 450+ links... but my pr remains th same..

I do expect a pr5 soon tho..

we should start spreading that google normally takes 150 days for pagerank updates. that way we don't all have to keep waiting an extra agonizing month every cycle, lol.

there are always going to be updates for algorithm, changes for this, and changes for that, etc - especially within a year.

I have two domains I bought for under registration that were questionable legit Pr5 on ebay. I immediately put them on whypark and last week, one dropped to PR1 and the other has stayed at PR5. The one that maintained its rank is a .org.

Is it safe to assume that the PR5 is now legit? Eventhough when I check on some tools, it shows the PR coming from another site. I just have the servers pointing to WhyPark, so I don't understand why they would still be associated with other sites.

Any input would be great.

That's good news! I thought it was over and I didn't get any page rank at all...lol

Its updated for me, and as I understand, changes/alterations have been to the algorithm (more "google bomb" prevention, overlapping information, fake pr etc.) which servers perhaps to explain the somewhat erratic results ive had across my portfolio..

I would agree, some sites i have had had some of the PR changes on some servers and some other sites have not!
