Google PR 10/10

Just wondering if anyone knows of a site that has a Google PR of 10/10 ?

Actually, I just came across one and I find it a bit odd... this particular site has an Alexa Traffic rank of 122 so it is pretty popular... but even Google itself does not have a 10/10....

yahoo owned a part of google which they sold soon as google went public

I remember until just a year or two ago Yahoo was only a 'web Directory' often confused as a Search Engine and through a partnership they had therir search function was 'powered by Google. Did not realize they ever owned any part of google though.

With that said and to stay on topic, I can see why as a(now) competitor they would drop a bit in the ranking.

Yeah I remember when Yahoo was as G now. I used Y! for everything... search, mail, directory... everything changes now.

I swear PR is rigged because how could MSN and Yahoo not be PR 10.

I remember at one time Yahoo search was powered by Google. Was that so or did I memorize it wrong?
