Google codes

Does anyone know how the Google codes work.
When you sign up with Google Adsence, you submit
a site name...and they give you codes for your ads,
can you use those codes on all your sites, or do you have to
submit each new site?

channels show sub domain option only, I have
multiple domains can I still do it without having to sub ?
