Google Apps for Your Domain???

Still trying to understand this. I saw it on a news site as some new service from Google.

Is Google aiming on providing free webhosting, free email hosting, upgradable stuff??

I just see a whole lot of questions and answers. What is "Google Apps for Your Domain"?

It's a cool new service which allows your domain to have a free email service (Provided by Gmail) - All you have to do is change your MX Address to google's address (They tell you what it is when they accept your site for the BETA test) and then you've got a free emal service ^_^

other registry can do the same.

that's what i feel, maybe google give you better pagerank ? lol
