Just use the Keyword Meta tag as well because what could it hurt?
I wouldn't say Keyword Meta tags are dead or non-relevant to the Google Search Algorithm but it just doesn't have that much weight.

It's helpfull to determine the theme of your site.

So i would say use them but don't abuse them
No stuffing or repetitive placement of keywords.

Adding the keywords to your sites main page content and then placing them in <h2></h2> or <b></b> enclosures will help make them stand out in the search engine. I was surprised at how well this worked out.

It's fine. but, my site meta descriptions are automatically generated from the content dynamically. (Joomla in this case).

so, how can i avoid duplications?

Also, i write many articles and spent much time on presenting in good manner. now, also many writers who good at Java do the work. unfortunately, all are not good at SEO. so, do i need to form a SEO team separately to optimize the content once the writer finish their work?
