Since there is no dispute resolution for the .al TLD I guess it's up to the local courts to settle complaints.

No dispute resolution, google is powerful enough to drag that guy to local courts, and they are rich enough to fly lawyers or use local contacts to get the appropriate contacts. One of the few companies IMO not to fool around with.

It's only one at this time,cost 75$ per 2 years and you most be in local country to buy.
