hi, what is the best way to add my .tel to the search engines. Do i just go to the normal google.addurl link. Also, when i am adding my url , do i go to the countrycode google or do i just need to go to google.com/addurl and thats it

also, where do i add the description there of the site

please excuse my dumbness, i just want to know the best and easiest way of submitting my url to all the search engines in one go, or just google, do i just submit it to google, is there any other need to submit in other search engines
