Your evaluations and thoughts please as stock symbols in themselves apparently have no protection under UDRP/trademark law.

For those that have sold stock symbols, did you market them wholesale or retail?

Can I put up stock tracking website for GOOG (US) or will that in itself cause an infringement on the trademark?

Well I am asking for a value but you could move it if you feel appropriate.

I don't thnik this has TM issues just for the name. But if you start using it for anything google or search-related, then that will give google enough reason to go after your name, if they so want.

As for value ... IMO low to mid $XX, as it looks like a good, easy to remember name. Good luck!
