I think it's an interesting niche. However the keyword "diagnosis" doesn't have many reported recent sales (Namebio). Also, the names with adjectives tend to be "less than optimal", because they can be repleaced with other (best, fine, great, superb, super, etc). So, I would say mid to high $xx.
Best of luck!

Thanks a lot! I did try to get other adjectives but they were all taken.

Also, as a newbie, when I typed perfectdiagnosis.com on godaddy it was what they call a "premium" and cost 2.5k for the first year.I have no idea what a premium is supposed to be or how this price relate to the real value of the domain or if it's just a godaddy trick.

Thanks again for your opinion on my domain!

Your seeing the price a seller is asking. The registrars do have premium domains but the domain above wouldn't be one the registrar is selling.

Thanks for responding.

So the owner of perfectdiagnosis.com is asking for 2.5k.

I'm trying to understand what a premium domain is, and on godaddy they say it's one which the owner is selling.Their explanation isn't clear to me.If I put a domain for sale at 35$, does it become a premium domain if somebody looks it up?

BTW, if perfectdiagnosis.com ends up being sold at 2.5k (with my single week of experience I already doubt that somehow), intuitively I would feel good about having gooddiagnosis.com.I understand even a simple letter can make a world of difference, but perfect vs good?

Thanks!

Some kind of online healthcare service, one where you could find a possible diagnosis based on symptoms or where some MDs could guide toward a diagnosis to consider.

Also someone mentioned that adjectives are less than optimal, but I only see one other adjective in front of diagnosis that could be argued better or equal, and it's "right".All the others I can think of I consider inferior to "GoodDiagnosis" as far as how people normally talk.

"I found the good diagnosis for my patient"
"I found the right diagnosis for my patient"

I don't see someone saying "I found the perfect diagnosis for my patient" or "I found a great diagnosis for my patient".

"The importance of finding the right diagnosis"
The importance of finding the good diagnosis"

If you replace right/good by super/great/perfect it sounds off imo.

Thanks!

This actually has potential as a YELP competitor in the "Medical" field.
A place where people can share their experiences with doctors and rate their services. Developed I see a "Good diagnosis" :) if monetized.

Best of luck to you!

I'd pay between $25 and $85 for this. Just for the name, if it has some traffic or some seo potential, maybe up to $xxx depending on stats. Good luck!

I like this name, and prospects for it are good, especially with the very rapid advances in medical diagnostics that will happen in the next few years. Don't undersell it.
