this logo is for a new division so we are in need of much graphic experience to help us out

Feedback

I like the logo. However, we are looking to add some blue in there, as that is the color of our parent company logo. May we could do like a blue base color with a gold stroke. The font is too strong...I would like to see a softer look to the logo. I don't think the shield is the right representation for what we are looking for either.
This logo will be used on many different materials so needs to be easily applicable.

The logo is for a division of the company found on Christian Credit Counseling|Debt Consolidation|Credit Counselors|ibudget.org -. I would like the logos to mesh well together yet stand apart from each other as both logos will be on every piece we do.

I LOVE the font!
We have actually just decided to change the name to Good Samaritan Program (instead of Project). I would like a better logo to represent the organization...possibly a helping hand or something showing we are here to help families with their finances.

I love the logo on the bottom option. The font is a little dull and needs to stand out more. If we could make that pop a little more that would be great!

I would prefer to have a transparent background. The 2 people seem to be forming an "S"...could we make that a little more defined? I'm thinking maybe we could delete "The" and just have GSP with the "S" being the two pepole. Also, can we use a more original, fun font such as the font used in the 2nd submitted logo by smghost001? I like the gold color too.

The logo is too long so we will have to move Program underneath. I love the font but the rest isn't very eye-catching. If you can spice it up somehow, that would be better.

Hi amberj,

Moving the program would be no prob at all, however, I'm sure you will find that when you see the logo resized to fit a webpage it will most probably look best as the "long" version. Anyway, I'll move the program underneath tomorrow so you can see what it looks like.

Regarding spicing it up, you mentioned that you wanted the logo to be professional, no cartoons and targeted towards adults, etc so I'd just like to ask what kind of spicing up you had in mind. I don't want to overdo it in the sense that it will no longer suit your requirements.

we are looking for a professional logo but it also has to be catchy. it's going to be used on way more than website. we will be using this for ALL of our marketing pieces so has to be very universal. this logo would be fine for a website but doesn't have the "WOW factor" we need for other marketing pieces.

I love your ideas! I would like to go back to the original logo which is more circular rather than the defined "S" shape. I see an "S" in the rounded version so lets use that. I like the bottom option the best. I LOVE the "P" but the "G" isn't definede enough so lets try to find a font with a more defined "G". The top fade is too much on the "G" and the "P" as it won't transfer well on white. Lets make it more gold-toned at the top. Then we should be ready to rock and roll

Hello!
Thank you for the quick revision. We would like to see the main logo part in the middle smaller and have that in the back and the "G" and "P" in the front. I like the shading a lot! We are going to need to use a stronger font as those you used are a little too contemporary for our needs. (I do like them tho!). Can we also try having the blue logo with the words "Good Samaritan Program" bordering it forming a true circle?

Hey, thanks for the feedback, will get right on it. Will try to incorporate a) bolder font, b) layout/ size of middle logo and c) the new design idea with the blue writing. I'm a little confused about the font as you asked for me to use something similar to smghost001, but i shall give it a go :]
