Established Good revenue site for sale

We are curently selling http://www.4-motorcycles.co.uk this is a PR5 site with an excellent revenue and it is nowhere near its full potential.

The site was proffesionally optimised by tripoduk.com in August and since then the stats and revenue has gone up dramatically.

To see this please go to the unique visitors on the stats and see the last 20 weeks, you will see week 34 where the optimisation kicked in. Pevious to the optimisation google ads generated most of the revenue, no google ads have been used since August. The stats also the first page search engine positions that the site is being found under, approx 5-8 SE refferals per hour.

The sales figures for the last few months are as follows.

01 JUN - 30 Jun 2004 329.76 pounds sterling
01 July - 31 July 2004 493.91 pounds sterling
01August - 31 August 2004 601.56 pounds sterling
01 Sept - 30 Sept 2004 1342.05 pounds sterling
01 Oct - 12th Oct JUST 2 weeks, 1680.22 pounds sterling.

The profits from each order is exactly a third, although this can be increased by putting the product prices up. Price have been kept down to be approx 50% cheaper than the competition.
