Good program for Animated banners?

Whats a good program to make/learn animated banners?
Not flash just animated.
looking for an easy to use program.

GIMP! No not you, this.

It's completely free and has a lot of options for animating gifs, as well as anything else you could wish for.

If you're using windows, follow this link:

The documentation tells you everything you need to know, so don't say you can't figure it out.

Whts Imgaereday

I use Ulead's GIF Animator which much more simpler to use, Is a small file and takes little time to load...

But I also use PS because of its features which no other program provides

MAYA is a cOOl graphic animator. Jus try tht one, but you need to learn it.

Its very very hard to learn...plus its expensive...and also it requires high system config. Min. 1gb ram !!
