I like storepromo. I would say $xx w/o development. JobCutsBacks, if developed, would fit the current times IMO. You could easily get traffic for that one. Same stands for the other two (need development). However, I think you have some nice keywords.

Sportscity is the area that Manchster city play and they were supposed to be building a casino there, 4 or 5 years ago . .
