Believe or not, there actually is a market for this extension but it's very small and unpredictable.

You have to be very selective in the names you choose.

I just recently sold two nice keywords in this extension at double reg-fee for both.

I would put your name at the same caliber, so a small profit is possible (double reg-fee).

If your looking to make bank of this extension, it's not gonna happen. But If you looking for that small gain, it's def possible.
