French company Gong Galaxy filed a UDRP against the domain Gong.com. The Respondent, Jeffrey Gong, is an individual born in 1965 and the company that he incorporated with the Arizona Corporation Commission in 2015 to provide consulting/software development services.

There were ample reasons to deny this complaint, even if the respondent’s name hadn’t been Gong.
