no idea on value mate, but golf gets very good paying adsense / affiliate $ per click, so it could be worth developing. You should have less competition as you would be targeting women also.

Domain was previously owned by an LPGA Professional that used the domain for her franchise of Golf Schools. She has since changed the name and I aquired the domain and haven't yet done anything with it. You have inspired me.
