I thought going for goggle instead of google would make people mistake it for google whilst i stay out of google's reach.

well, it would be much better if it was like "spreadgoogletalk.com" << some one had it on the same here, last month i think. If you can impliment same sort of idea on this as spreadgoogletalk then then it may sale for low-mid xx IMHO.

weather google goes after it or not, There is a trademark issue with this.
