Godly.name - Reg fee, crap extention with better keywords available

SoftPlushToys.com - I would say this is decent, has a few Googls Ads as well. Being 3 words, Mid to High $xx

SoftPlushToys.com its nice domain and even if its containing three words its very easy to recall
