Been trying to get into my account for about 30 mins to change the DNS of some of my domains, but no matter how many times I try and sign in, I keep getting either "Page not Found" or an incomplete page loading where my domains should be showing.

I have been havings with this new interface since it came out - but today trying to use it is literally impossible. What with all the windows popping up, and logging in 10 times in a row - I am seriously considering moving all my domains out to another registrar.

Is anyone else having problems using the new interface or is it just me ?? I have tried with IE, FF and Chrome, and have the same problems in all of them.

there are times i can get in, some times it's very slow even merely changing your dns almost takes forever. usually use it on very early in the morning.

My problem is, is that I enter my name and password - and then have the menus where I can select what I want to do.

Whenever I click a menu for my domains, renewals etc - it opens a new window and appears to try and load the page - and then it just shows me a "Page not Found" message.

I asked support a while back about if there was a way if we could use the previous interface instead of this sh*tty new one, and they said NO !! We must use the new one. Problem is - when the new one doesnt work - how the hell do we use it ?? Its gonna be fun when domains are needing to be renewed or dropped - and you can't access your own account.

Looks like I'll keep trying for another hour and see if one of the windows will actually load a page !!

I often get error pages popping up with the new interface. Usually I just refresh, and the correct content shows up. Sorry you're having trouble --- it seems like your problems are more severe!

Yes .... I call it the "second layer" or second page. Once I've logged in and I'm in my name manager I close the "first layer" or the lander.

It seems to run a bit smoother. I can even sometimes use the "back" button .....lol.

YES! I have the exact same problem- I have mentioned it in threads here and at dnf, even starting threads exactly like this. I get the exact same problem- it is almost impossible to login to my account nearly every time. I have spoken to support there through email and on the phone. They said I was the only one complaining of this and it must be something to do with my computer. I have cleared cache and tried so many different things- I know what move is next

If I am able to find a way to get the interface working, I will definately let you know. Been trying all day - and just can't get past the initial log in page. Its a f**king joke !! You would have thought that Godaddy would have done some proper testing with this new interface. And the fact that support says no one else has complained of this is complete BS. I have been a very satisfied customer of Godaddy for several years now and have hundreds of domains with them.

However, the problems I face with this new interface is making me consider for the first time, that I would be better moving all my domains out from them to my Dynadot account. I would qualify for bulk princing, and wont have to go through pages of addons and other sh*t each time I want to buy a single domain.

What login section are you guys signing into?
I have always used the one in the very top right
hand side and have successfully logged in everytime.
I did try the login in the middle of the page but had
some issues so I just avoid it now.

Godaddy.com is bloated up like a tick on an artery.

it has been so slow for me for weeks. Also I could no longer find some linked I used to use. I really hate the changed interface, there should be no point changing things unless it is broken.

Don't think the slowing down is due to the new interface, just their server is slow sometime, been like there always

I agree. Dynadot is the best. If you prepay you're account with $500 or have
spent at least that in the last year you get very competitive prices (.Net at
$5.99 for example). I've been there for 7 months now with no problems.

I tried to find the "pending transfer" link, but could not find it any more. It used to be under "my account", but I just could not find it anymore.
