GoDaddy Wire Transfer Time

UPDATE!! Payment received

I'm still waiting for Godaddy Wire Transfer which was sent on 22nd this month.

As per GD the Payment will be sent on Oct 22 2019

Usually i receive international wire transfers within 2 days maximum. Any idea guys ?

Update: I just received a mail from payments at secure server asking me to verify ID / Passport proof etc not sure why would GD send such a mail long after confirming that the wire has been sent.
