In my mind, GD adding a pay over time option for high value domain purchases is the single biggest thing that could happen to our industry.
Makes no sense to send all that business to Escrow (i do like them, tho). Plus, mainly domain investors only know about this option. An easy “pay x per month” button would be a game changer for us all...
Most people don’t buy homes or cars cash - mortgages and loans made the markets HUGE. Domains are similar high value purchases. But lack of easy funding deeply holding it back.
