Amen to that my friend. Even two or three GD codes per month would be great for me, lol...

What's funny is that the code finally worked for a $2 domain and I ended up accidentally purchasing the singular form of the name when I wanted the plural form. GoDaddy is now saying nothing can be done other than cancel and then I can't use the code again for the domain I really wanted to buy.

That's weird. If the purchase is canceled then why can't you use the "unused" coupon again? Practically the coupon isn't used; right!

So frustrating! Spoke to a couple agents now. They are now saying:

We don't have the ability to manually change the price of the domain when there are already discounts applied. Looks like the code you have found is actually not from GoDaddy and found on 3rd party sites.

When we have sales going on, we send out specific codes to your email address. By finding them on 3rd party sites there is a limited one time per use per account, even if we would be refunding the accidental purchase the promo code will not be able to use again

They increased DDC price in 2015, I paid $79 after 35% discount. (Original price is $9.99 per month, you have buy for minimum of 1 year)

I didn't renew DDC membership.

First I let it expire, then rejoined the club again using regular %discount code.

You may also ask your GD rep or chat support to renew the DDC for you with good discount. (Usually you can get maximum of 30% to 35% discount)
