All on the same account. I hadn't hand regged any names for about 6 months until this morning, so they were all new coupons for me.

how often do they release discoutn codes for say 99cent domains? can one apply several codes within same account to purchase several domains like this?

are there any limits at all, or it's really just all about how many codes one can find.. and when they expire?

I am an ex GoDaddy employee and I can tell you that they are limited use. They limit them by your IP address. Theoretically you can use the same code until it stops accepting it, but they would have to be separate transactions.

Also, not a good idea to create new accounts to keep using codes... It usually will not work and if it does you run the risk of fraud dept stepping in.

And they are released quite frequently. Mostly through an outsourced marketing company. I can't put an exact number on it.

I agree not a good idea to open more accounts. As far as I know GD make a loss anything lower than $9 and I don't see many registrar offering same discount so it kinda verify my theory. If you are renewing 50% of your domains then maybe GD will not disable your second account but more than 2 accounts very risky.
