First it didn't work and it was over 8 dollars, then at checkout i simply changed country from Germany to UK and it worked. (currency dollars)

For me too it worked after changing country to UK(more than 24hrs back i have initiated the transfer), but when i checked the domain transfer on godaddy control panel it showing email address as [email protected], not the one I'm using(no privacy set for this domain). Also i haven't received trans id and security code for this domain. first time i'm facing such problem.

I registered a .com domain + free info for $2.35, i didn't do a transfer.
And it worked for me without any problem.

Maybe you had a typo somewhere when you made the transfer. I don't know. Never heard about such a problem.

Usually that happens when the Godaddy server is still trying to retrieve the admin email for the domain you are trying to transfer (happened to me on several occasions in the past). Most of the time it is almost instant. Some other time it takes like 5 minutes or more. Click the refresh button next to it.

$8.46 including ICANN for .Com renewals - no code - must renew over 100 domains.

May be a permanent discount. Don't know if there are limitations on who is eligible. I am not in Buyers Club.
