I did not find any official thread for GoDaddy cashparking, and I thought no one from GoDaddy staff will look into this forum. But we can share our experience on cashparking here.
I had worked with cashparking and I'm using it from last 5 months. I got payments 3 times from GoDaddy for my cashparking earnings.
So, I personally can say that cashparking is not scam, it works fine!

Basic plan (60% revenue share) is ok to test out. But do not try quick content. Once I had taken quick content for one of my domain and I got bad experience. When you will add quick content then your parking feeds (Google advertise feed) will be gone from that domain and will be fill with a lot of spin/duplicate articles.
