and or for a second backup facility?

how big a file can one upload?

You can send and receive messages up to 10 megabytes (MB) total (including attachments)

You just have to type in your userID and upload the files you want to backup. No password required... There is a code available on the website. If you ever find someone who knows how to instal, let me know. Its cool to have your very own GMail Backup page (Yourdomain.com/gmailbackup)
