Unless I am missing something here, this is just another LLLL.... which have been selling for low $x to low $xx.

And it would be a real stretch to say this is pronounceable.

I was under the impression that cvcv had extra value because some are pronounceable. This one is not.

But if all cvcv have added value, then that is another one of those ridiculous LLLL valuation metrics that don't mean anything outside of domainers. The LLLL market in general is the biggest sham, so I guess this one being worth more than about reg fee shouldn't surprise me by now.
