As for worth i would say that it is unlikely anyone would type in,and even developed i dont see much potential, as you can get all the info you need on the net anyway, and you can't give more info than the whole www.

Quite a nice domain, useful for homework help, problems with teachers or stuff like that.

Maybe in turn with an official individual(s) (Like Ofsted for UK'ers) you could make this official.

Without dev,
Resale: Low-Mid $$
End User: Low $$$

With dev,
As above, could be quite a bit.
But if you can get some good student traffic low-mid $$$ IMO.

In itself this name isn't worth much. Perhaps X to low XX
You could develop this site in a number of ways:

- Set up a forum where the users can help each others
(might be a good idea to pay some knowledgable people to answer questions
at least at startup, so the visitors get quick accurate answers.)

- Set up a site where students can hire people to help them with
their studies.

- Set up a site with nice web resources for students. Like links to databases,
edutainment software and such

You could probably create a good site doing either (or all) of these.
The name is just correct for such a project.
(If you still intend to sell the domain, I guess you might sell it easier and/or
for more money if you give the buyer ideas of possible use, even if you havn't
developed them)
