WootAgent is an application that is used to track the popular 'deal a day' website, Woot!
If you are not familiar with Woot!, basically they sell one item everyday from 12am to 11:59pm, and then a new item will appear. The site is extremely popular (1669 Alexa Rank). Once every 1-2 months, they have something called a Woot!-Off, where they consistently list items one after another until they sell out, and this continues for about 48 hours.
The WootAgent application is for Woot! users who want to track the products over at Woot! and receive daily updates, especially during Woot!-Offs. The application pops up everytime a new item is displayed, an item is selling out, and when an item is sold out. During a Woot-Off, site traffic skyrockets.

- If you consider 3,000 people were using our Application during the last Woot-Off, 73*3= 219 times WootAgent was displayed per 1 user. Multiply that by 3,000 and thats over 657,000 times WootAgent was displayed in total on everyones computer.
