German Traffic - Need German advertising

I have a site that gets tons of German traffic. Are there any PPC places that pay well for traffic from Germany? I don't want parking, I want ads.

I don't think that changes my answer, while obvious, AdSense does have the best track record I've found for PPC.
Some reason you're not planning on using them?

I know different german PPCs but I need more information of what you want exactly.
