The adword tool threw me about 600 global searches month, very few, plus consider it as an unlikely profitable niche and very specific, I'd say:

$0 - $300 range

Although going specific in some cases is good idea, I don't think this is the case

Great domain to develop, but not much of one to sell. On the plus side, the works of Henry George are, if I am not mistaken, all in the public domain now (he died well over a century ago.) The unfortunate downside to that is, you'd be competing with well-established academic sites, so developing a real footprint in the SERPs will be a challenge.

So -- the bad news is, limited to no value as an end user domain. Easy to develop, but a cliff face to try to scale to build into a successful site. But there's good news as well: It's a novelty domain. Your end user is out there somewhere, a college professor or student who is a passionate follower of George's work. It's a domain that a fan of HG would love to have, and it isn't that hard to find a pool of potential buyers (something like georgism economics forum entered into Google produces some results worth clicking.) Easy to find buyers for whom the name sells itself are worth chasing up, even if not for big bucks.

This movement in a nutshell is the replacement of all taxes with a Land Value Tax.

Its inspired by mid 18th century thought that land the center of building wealth. Which dont quite fit in today's world of mega apple inc companys without borders.

This name shows zero adwords campaigns.

This is a great college theory and essay writing topic. But would struggle to make money or find an enduser.

I would search high and low for a possible non Henry George use too.

But great name if you want to build a georgism site BUT the org is available. Org would fit this "guys that wear bow ties" topic nicely and nobody owns it, and you just grabbed the com today. Feels reg fee

The problem is that for this subject I can think of better names that are available that sound less formal. It sounds very academic and I don't think many in academia can afford to splurge on a domain. I see no commercial value.

If you have no development plan I'd get a grace delete.

Total Research Time : 15 mins of which about 6 had anything to do with this name and most of which was just learning something new.

May I return the question to the OP: why did you register it in the first place ? To resell ? Where are the buyers ?
To develop ? Then appraisal doesn't matter.

OK thinking outside the box here but if I had this name I would market it not as an academic site for an obscure though interesting topic. Instead I would find all the most famous people in the world with the name George, and try to market it as a site dedicated to the funny, interesting, or controversial crap they do or say. Still reg fees unless you find some clever development plan. Lol could be a good one for George Lopez lol
