I've found a few unincorporated city.com's and they are receiving type in traffic.

Its also really good for finding keyword+city .com's.

Just be careful. You'll spend a lot of money without realizing it! :p

It's a pretty cool tool.. I couldn't find any real valuable names for my city, but my city is very popular name.
