What if you have a generic domain name say loans dot net, org, info and a big time company own loans.com can you get into any legal problem if you own the dot net, org and info? What if there just using the name to redirect to there site will this be a problem if your parking the dot net, org, and info?

That sucks check out these site studentloans.com and studentloans.net the net page is park the person that own the net page can get in some legal problems??? That what your saying???
