Like the show that was about nothing forums about nothing seem to be getting really popular.

I'd build the forum and try to get it started at least before trying to sell.

With 100 users and a good design I'd say it would be worth about $300-$400.

Otherwise wholesale, just the name itself for someone else to develop I'd say $25-$40.
