This website i built is about minerals and gem stones. the design is unique and the information about each mineral/gem is from wikipedia.

Although this domain is 6.5 month old, the website is quiet new. the domain itself was receiving a few uniques a week.

i presume google pays high for keywords related to jewlery, so good luck for the buyer.

there is no need for a backend. if you need to add a new gem:

1- you just add it to the menu
2- then create a .txt file for it containing the info
3- add it to the array of random gems to show on main page

and it will automatically work with the template. it's easy and i'll include a readme if the buyer needs it.

also forgot to mention that i did the template, masshead, etc ... what is taken from outside sources is the actual gem infos, which is from the wikipedia.org which is free under the GNU license.

as for the BIN i don't really have any in mind.
