There are most referred to as "gated communities" and the plural "gatedproperties" would be better. Hard to place a number on this one but there are better terms /phrases for high end real estate. Just my $.02

Real estate is cut throat - that's catchy enough that someone might buy it. I'd see if there are certain areas of the country where the term is particularly common, and email brokers. Or go to realtor.com and search the phrase, if that's possible, and see who uses it.
