In my honest opinion there is no much value in this name. It is a plural, if that would be singular, I could imagine maybe some IT startup to use it (in a sense "we started in garage...."), but I do not see how plural can be such type of brandable.

There is also no commercial uses for it (if that would be homes.xyz, I could imagine real estate agency using it, but garages?)

So I am stretching my imagination as of who would want it, but can not find much value in it.

Coming at it from a UK perspective, we call auto repair shops "garages". With this in mind there may be someone in the UK that would take it off your hands. It would not get much though. low $xx probably.

The best bet would be to target garage builders who may like the plural over the singular and I would price it at low $xxx
