I would like your appraisals for gaming-talk.com I know that a hyphen kills value but I plan to use it as a forum site and hyphens seem to be fairly common among forum domains IMO.

Belive it or not it is easier to get a hyphen name picked up by search engines. You can do good at developing this. Once you do let me know. I know a bunch of gaming nuts.

Reg. fee - $13.75 (undeveloped), IMHO.
The natural suitor would be to the non-hyphenated domain owner ... if one exists (and especially is developed). Developing it on your own will not decrease its future valuation, either.
