Gaming Skin/Template CSS Wanted....

I am looking for a gaming template for a PSP related website: http://www.pspaccess.com. The site is currently using a template that is css based. I would like someone to take the current .css and add some images to it, customize the colors, etc to give the site a clean look.

I am open to resonable offers. Please pm samples and offers.

I do not a separate layout for the frontpage and the interior of the site. I want one template to work on all pages.

Here are a couple of my requirements:
1) page width to be a percentage
2) menu on the left or right side of the screen
3) tabless design
4) layout should work in IE / Firefox / Opera
5) images should be defined in the css
6) intergrate current logo and new custom graphics by designer
