I am trying to plan a trip away from home for my summer break and so I gotta sell some stuff, but this is probably the best site I have to sell right now. Invested too much money into this and now I gotta sell it for less than I put into it.

Info: Purchased this around September last year, site was dead, but slowley it has been revived with a decent amount of posts and members visiting per day. The site is for Filipino gamers, but mostly the site is ran in english, thus an english owner (like myself) can handle the site fine. It's not perfectly active, but with a little help you could have yourself a VERY active gaming site. The site has a staff, and I would like to remain on it if the owner permits.
What the Sale Includes: Pretty much everything shown.
The sale includes the domain, the vbulletin license ($160 value), the UNIQUE database, VB Plaza ($50 value) and all the installed skins (not unique, just nicely edited).
Traffic: Gets around 200-250 unique visitors a day.
Adsense: 20 clicks in the last 2 months. Earned me only a couple bucks but that's only with 1 ad for non registered users. Put more on and earn alot more.
