Hey guys,

If you are reading this, you a probably here to review my website, and I appreciate you taking the time to look at it. Yes, this is another one of those online gaming websites, its actually an online gaming directory. I list about 572 games on here and I am adding at least one new one every day. I display all of the information about the game and I just link to the game on another website. This allows me to save on bandwidth while being able to list so many games, I dont have the money to keep up with all the data transfer (although I have 65GB now and might decide to host some).

Anyway, you can either visit the site at http://www.gameworldx.com or http://www.gameworldx.net. Everything on the site was coded by me, the code is unique. However, I did buy the design from someone on NP, but I edited it a bit to fit my needs. Let me know what you guys think.

I like the design - the only thing I think needs changing is the navigation bar at the top underneath the logo - the text is hard to read (needs more contrast against the gold background) and I think rollovers on this navigation bar would be excellent. The google ad integration is well done. :imho:

YEs, i agree with Oysterboy, i think rollovers on the navigation would be excellent. Your current Blue background dont really match your current template, maybe you would want to try another colour, like grey - black.

I don't like the design really, but I guess it will work for the type of site you are running. I agree with the above posters that you do have your google ads incorporated very nice and they go good with the sites layout. I like the overall idea and coding of the site. Simple+Basic=Success in my books

I like the layout and design. The only thing I would change is the top navbar color and also the footer color. The links don't really stand out on the orage bar. Just change the button color to stand out alittle more. Really good otherwise.

It looks very nice but I would work on improving your color scheme. Your menu and footer would look better if they ware orange.. not yellow.

Hm, yes, the top navagation links and the blue BG could be changed. Other than that, I think it looks swell.

Hey guys, thanks for the reviews.

The nav bar was something I knew had to be changed. What color do you think I should make the text to make it stand out better? Should I just give the letters a darker outline?

Also, I will make the bar more orange and see how it looks.

As for the blue background, I originally had a blue that looked a lot better, but when I looked at the site in firefox, it wouldnt show up because the code was crazy and wasnt one of those web safe ones. Do you think I should have some sort of design in the background or a solid color?

I like the site, I think it would look better if the oriange of the site were the same color as the green in your header logo. It would give it that x box look.

The navigation color is a no no, nav. text is hard to read, never been a fan of black to white gradiating. Appart from that it's a nice and clean layout.
