That is a nice combo to have. Honestly, I think undeveloped these domains may fetch low $xxx and possibly beyond depending on the buyer. Good luck!

WordForum.com and WordForum.com domains are very popular. I don't think the plural hurts it much in this context.

I think it is worth High $XXX at minimum. If I owned the pair, I would not sell them below $X,XXX range.

These are easy domains to develop and its a bonus GamerForum.com/net aren't developed.

Gaming names have lost some value but still undeveloped worth high $xxx+ Find a motivated end user and could be worth a lot more.

Developed all depends on how popular it gets, but there are plenty of sources of revenue for this type of site so loads of opportunities. Develop, build up a user base, then look to monetise (If thats the way you want to head).

I would love to develop I just don't have that kind of time to keep them up to day its a big project..

I got those names about 2 years ago for about 3500-4000$ i can't remember now...

Good dev. potential. How about setting up a forum and paying someone to run it for you? Maybe a gaming enthusiast to monitor the forum for you. If not, put at least a mini-site on it to start to get some benefit of age. Then you will have a jumpstart in the search engines when you do develop or you can up the price based on age.
