Oh this is what you meant in the modtalk.com thread . I like the site a lot. I would say $200 with just the content. Should be even more once you get traffic going through it.

Well done on the good site design domainut. The domain name is ok, but GamerForum.net is unregd and IMHO might be a slightly better domain name.
