Licences with regards to gambling. First of all isn't it just one kind of licence? Making the plural (licences) a bit redundant...I'm not sure. Regardless, your buyer sways on it being the gambling commission (or an agency that assists them). Take offers, but a tricky sell considering the end user, IMO. Maybe I'd find more love for it too if it was just "gambling licence" or "gaming licence" (more known terms)
