.mobi Game over for GAME related dotmobi domain names ?

I presume that since games.mobi is on auction, many domainers look for GAME related dotmobi domain names ; I am one of those ; I have this morning regged « areyougame.mobi »
For the expression "AreYouGame", all the other dots are regged ; I have just done a research for the trademark : the «areyougame.COM» has been recently asked for a trademark, with contestation. No body applied yet for «areyougame.MOBI» trademark.

Hi Jacpar, just a very quick note: IMHO if someone has a trademark claim on areyougame.com that means they claim the bit in front of .com - and hence all other extensions (including .mobi) would be at risk if their claim is successful.

As is GameIndex.mobi and GamesIndex.mobi and GamesPlayer.mobi and GameStorm.mobi and GamesMaster.mobi
