Game Ladder

I am looking for someone that can make a game ladder system like the one at www.r3match.com and at www.gamebattles.com

I would like the look of r3match and the features of gamebattles plus a few of our own features.

This ladder system would also need to integrate into vbulletin and use the vbulletin user tables.

This system must also work with php 5 and mysql 5.
